Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolhapur, responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction to Menon Pistons Ltd. This role oversees business operations, including production, quality assurance, supply chain, finance, and sales, ensuring that organizational goals and performance targets are met. The Owner collaborates with senior leaders to define long-term strategy, drive growth initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include reviewing operational and financial reports, making investment decisions, guiding product development and innovation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves nurturing a positive workplace culture, developing management talent, and representing the company in industry forums and business negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience overseeing multi-functional teams and complex operations.
• Business development, sales, and customer relationship management skills, particularly within automotive or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance analysis.
• Operational and manufacturing expertise, preferably in automotive components, precision engineering, or related industries.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of driving growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience in ownership or senior executive roles may be considered.
• Willingness to be present on-site in Kolhapur to closely manage operations and support key initiatives.
