Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Achieve sales targets and improve average bill value.
• Handle team management, staff scheduling, and training.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and stock control.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
• Handle cash reconciliation, POS, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and overall outlet cleanliness.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in café/restaurant operations.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Good communication, leadership, and operational skills.
• Hotel Management qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
