-Assist in managing a team of logistics professionals, warehouse staff, pharmacists

-Ensure best service levels in terms of order fulfilment/ returns/ grievances/settlements

-Address & resolve issues in timely manner

Required Candidate profile

-Bachelor's degree in business/ operations mgmt or related field

-Proven exp in warehouse, operations or logistics

-Strong leadership & team mgmt

-Strong communication skills
