This is currently a single-resource seat in the baseline, and it's the one role on the account with visibility across every module -- Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement -- because release and change management touch all of them. Fanatics' RFP also flags this role by name as the likely owner of Oracle AI feature intake going forward, so there's a real chance this seat's scope grows into that.

• FBDI / ADFDI data loads
• Oracle Fusion environments — Development, Test, UAT, and Production
• Regression testing and deployment coordination
