The role

Lead the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform for an enterprise client in the UAE, from design and delivery through to support.

You bring

• 8+ years in Oracle HCM, with 2+ end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations
• Hands-on experience in Core HR, Time and Absence, and HCM Analytics (OTBI)
• Experience leading teams and working with senior HR and IT leaders
• Readiness to relocate to the UAE
