Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, enhancement, and support of the client's Oracle HCM platform.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on functional expertise with technical architecture, project portfolio management, and post-go-live service delivery experience. The role involves working closely with HR and IT leadership, including CIO- and CHRO-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion Core HR (Global HR), Absence Management, and Time and Labor.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions.
• Own Oracle HCM architecture, integrations, data migration, security roles, and reporting.
• Guide technical teams on HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop OTBI reports and dashboards or leverage Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics.
• Manage testing, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.
• Own the HCM roadmap, project estimates, resource planning, budgets, risks, and change requests.
• Manage implementation partners, vendors, support teams, incidents, service requests, and SLAs.
• Assess Oracle quarterly releases and plan feature adoption, including Redwood UI updates.
• Ensure alignment with UAE labour regulations, payroll requirements, and client HR policies.
• Present project progress, risks, and recommendations to senior business and IT stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations as an Architect or Functional Lead.
• Hands-on configuration experience in:
• Core HR / Global HR
• Absence Management
• Time and Labor
• Experience with OTBI reporting, dashboards, or Fusion HCM Analytics.
• Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, integrations, and security roles.
• Experience managing project roadmaps, estimates, vendors, budgets, and steering committee reporting.
• Experience in post-go-live support, SLA management, and Oracle quarterly updates.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including engagement with CIO- and CHRO-level leadership.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE and work onsite.

Good to Have

• Experience working in the UAE or wider GCC region.
• Knowledge of UAE payroll localisation and labour requirements, including WPS, gratuity, and leave policies.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, or Learning.
• Oracle Fusion HCM implementation certifications.
• Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Arabic language proficiency.
