Operator - Formulations RND Dept (OSD / Oncology Exp)

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and handle OSD manufacturing and formulation equipment as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Operate equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Octagonal Blender, Conta Blender, Tablet Compression Machine, Coating Machine, and related equipment.
• Perform equipment setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and changeover activities.
• Follow approved SOPs, BMRs/BPRs, safety procedures, and GMP requirements.
• Support formulation trials, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
• Monitor machine parameters during trials and record observations accurately.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment/process-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and equipment logbooks.
• Coordinate with Formulation R&D, Production, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain cleanliness of the working area.
• Follow GMP, GLP, EHS, and data-integrity requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI / Diploma / equivalent technical qualification.
• Pharmaceutical machine operation experience preferred.
