Profile: Operations Manager

Experience

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in factory operations
• Textile industry experience is mandatory

Roles

• Supervise blue-collar workers and workmen on a daily basis
• Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed properly and on time
• Manage daily manpower, attendance and work allocation
• Monitor incoming and outgoing material and maintain proper tracking records
• Check material movement, usage and dispatch
• Supervise overall day-to-day factory operations
• Coordinate with management on manpower, material and operational requirements
• Ensure smooth, disciplined working at the factory

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream (a diploma or degree in Textile/Production/Operations is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a textile factory or manufacturing setup
