Operations Manager – Quantity Surveying & Contracts

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Quantity Surveying, Contracts, and Commercial team supporting Middle East projects.

Key Requirements

✅ 12+ years of experience in QS, Commercial & Contracts Management

✅ Proven team leadership and operations management experience

✅ Strong knowledge of cost control, tendering, variations, claims, and contract administration

✅ Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships

✅ Middle East/GCC project experience preferred

✅ Excellent communication, and decision-making skills

Qualifications

🎓 Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
