Operations Manager – Boutique Resort, Munnar

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: ₹ 25000/- to 40000/- month + food & accommodation

A boutique resort in Munnar, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Office and coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Production and Maintenance
• Ensure excellent guest experience and online ratings
• Lead and train staff
• Control costs, budgets and P&L

Requirements

• 5 plus years of hotel/resort experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Boutique or luxury resort experience preferred
• Fluent in English; Hindi is an added advantage
• Willing to stay on-property
