We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to streamline how our marketing team builds and delivers content and collateral for business/product teams. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution and project delivery, working closely with Product Managers (PMs) to ensure marketing operations run smoothly, on time, and at scale.

The Operations Manager supports the day-to-day operations of in-house marketing organization by coordinating intake, managing workflow routing, maintaining project systems, tracking deliverables, and enabling efficient execution across Content, Creative, Video & Motion, and Digital Experience teams. This role acts as the operational hub for incoming work, helping ensure projects are properly entered, assigned, tracked, reported, and delivered according to established processes, priorities, and service levels. The Operations Manager partners closely with Program Managers and Studio Leads to keep work moving efficiently through the organization.
