Night Manager

Own the night.

We're looking for a confident, guest-focused Night Manager to take full charge of hotel operations after dark. If you love hospitality, thrive under responsibility, and know how to keep things running smoothly — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all night shift operations independently
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and complaints professionally
• Manage night audit, billing, and daily reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance
• Prepare handover reports for the morning team
• Monitor CCTV and ensure hotel premises are safe and secure at all times

What We're Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• 2–5 years in hotel front office or night operations
• Knowledge of PMS software (Opera / Fidelio / Wincloud) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hospitality experience is mandatory. Only candidates from the hotel industry will be shortlisted.
