Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate

Hardware

Assembling and disassembling of desktop PC.

Diagnosing hardware related issues.

Upgrading computer components.

Software

Installation of Operating System (Ex: Windows).

Installation of Application softwares (Ex: MS Office, PDF Reader, Antivirus etc., ).

Troubleshooting of softwares (Repair / Re- installation).

Troubleshooting Windows network issues (Ex: Assigning IP address, troubleshooting sharing issues etc., ).

Networking

Configuration of Modem, router and Access Points.

Termination of Information Outlets / RJ45 connectors

Specific Skill Set: Computer Hardware

Minimum/ Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 1- 2 years

Annual CTC: 1, 35, 000 Per Annum

Location(s) of Job: Bangalore
