Networking Engineer(Mac OS)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MacBook systems, applications, and user accounts.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and software applications.
• Handle user issues related to hardware, software, network, and system access.
• Configure email, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform system updates, security patches, and regular maintenance.
• Manage user permissions and access controls.
• Maintain system inventory and asset records.
• Troubleshoot MacBook hardware issues and coordinate with service vendors when required.
• Assist with data backup, recovery, and system security.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve tickets within the required timeline.
• Maintain proper documentation of system issues and resolutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MacBook/macOS administration or IT support.
• Good knowledge of macOS troubleshooting and configuration.
• Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of IT security and endpoint management.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Any degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
