Job Description An employer is seeking Netskope Solutions Architect for a direct hire opportunity in India.

The Netskope Solutions

Architect is responsible for leading a large-scale migration from Zscaler to Netskope as part of a broader Zero Trust and Secure Service Edge (SSE) transformation initiative. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Netskope solutions across the enterprise while ensuring a seamless transition from the existing Zscaler environment.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end migration from Zscaler to Netskope, including assessment, architecture, planning, deployment, validation, and post-production support.

• Design, implement, test, and support enterprise Zero Trust security solutions utilizing the Netskope platform.
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert throughout the migration, providing guidance to engineering, operations, and security teams.
• Build, configure, and maintain secure network access solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop scalable security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles and enterprise security requirements.
• Analyze existing Zscaler configurations and translate policies, controls, and traffic steering requirements into Netskope.
• Create, maintain, and optimize proxy policies, including: o URL filtering o Malware protection o Data protection policies o File control policies o Application access controls • Configure and administer PAC files, steering configurations, and related services to ensure optimal user access and application performance.
• Troubleshoot complex network access, authentication, DNS, proxy, and connectivity issues across distributed environments.
• Document architecture designs, migration strategies, implementation procedures, and as-built diagrams.

Skills and Requirements

• 12 years of experience
• 7 years of Netskope experience – design, deploy and support
• Experience in the following Netskope SSE components o Next Gen Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG) o Netskope Private Access (NPA) o Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) o Endpoint & Network Digital Experience Management (DEM)
• Financial services background
• Zscaler to Netskope migration experience
• Certifications: o Netskope Integrator Accreditation o Netskope Certified Cloud Security Architect (NSK300) o Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NSK100)
