Job Responsibilities
- Design and Development : Explain and communicate design and development aspects to customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with requirements.
- Break down complex problems into logical components and develop user interfaces and business software components using .NET and C#.
- Testing and Evaluation : Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Estimate time and effort required for developing and debugging features/components.
- Environment Testing: Perform and evaluate tests in the customer or target environment to validate functionality and performance.
- Make quick decisions on technical or project-related challenges encountered during testing.
- Team Management: Manage a team, mentor team members, and handle people-related issues effectively.
- Maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics within the team.
- Set goals for self and the team, providing feedback to team members as necessary.
- Interfacing and Collaboration: Interface with other teams, designers, and parallel practices to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Drive conference calls with customers to address questions and concerns.
- Communication and Presentation: Create and deliver impactful technical presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and capabilities of the developed solutions.
- Follow high levels of business etiquette in all communication channels.
- Proactive Assistance: Proactively ask for and offer help within the team and across departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
