Role & Responsibilities

• Drive neighborhood-level marketing and patient outreach initiatives
• Build strong relationships with residential communities, corporates, institutions, associations and local stakeholders
• Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs and community engagement activities
• Identify opportunities to increase patient footfall, referrals and brand visibility
• Conduct local market mapping and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with Doctors, Operations, Branding and Business Development teams
• Track leads, conversions and campaign performance

Ideal Candidate

• 2–12 years of experience in Healthcare Marketing / Hospital Marketing / Community Marketing / Local Area Marketing
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and field execution abilities
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth
