PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Lead and drive the retail sales strategy across the assigned region to achieve business growth and market leadership.

Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to zonal sales teams and ensure alignment with national sales goals.

Build a robust channel ecosystem and strengthen market penetration through distribution excellence.

Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth execution of organizational priorities in the region.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing retail business operations across the PAN India, covering multiple zones and states.

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Area Managers to deliver business objectives.

Formulate and implement regional sales plans, schemes, and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.

Drive distributor expansion, secondary sales growth, and retail channel productivity.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and channel engagement through structured reviews and interventions.
