Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Mysore. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production and adherence to established standards. Responsibilities include performing routine equipment checks, identifying basic mechanical issues, and reporting problems to supervisors as needed. The role involves following production schedules, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and completing documentation related to output, materials, and quality checks. The Machine Operator will work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, with skills in Machine Operation and Machining.
• Understanding of Quality Control procedures, with the ability to inspect products and follow quality standards.
• Experience working in Clean Rooms or controlled environments while following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, report issues, and follow instructions clearly.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor adjustments to machines.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in relevant fields is an advantage.
