Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Consultant to manage MEP design coordination, technical reviews and site execution support across commercial fit-out, corporate interior and workplace renovation projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, with hands-on experience in MEP drawing coordination, site inspections and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate MEP drawings covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, MEP subcontractors and clients to resolve design clashes and site issues.
• Prepare and review MEP BOQs, technical specifications and tender documents.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and adherence to approved drawings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, NBC guidelines, local statutory requirements and fire safety regulations.
• Support project teams with MEP timelines, cost tracking, snag resolution and handover.
• Coordinate MEP services during commercial office fit-outs and renovation projects, including occupied or live buildings.

Qualification & Skills

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in MEP consulting or coordination.
• Experience in commercial fit-out, corporate interiors or workplace projects is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; MEP design or BIM software knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with NBC guidelines, Bengaluru statutory requirements and Fire NOC processes.
• Strong technical coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
