Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Membership Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking, and cold calling initiatives.
• Drive membership sales by effectively presenting the club's offerings and converting prospects into members.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored membership solutions that align with their needs.
• Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, site tours, and product demonstrations to showcase club facilities and services.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless member onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide competitor insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
