Aadhar Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Medical Representatives to join its field sales team. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and other key stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales and prescription-generation targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Communicate product information, benefits, and usage effectively to healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, doctor visits, and market development.
• Submit timely reports to the reporting manager and support territory-level business planning.
• Candidate Profile
• Graduate degree required; B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Life Sciences, Biology, or related qualifications will be preferred.
• Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical/medical sales experience are preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
