About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and build the Gurugram market.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharma/nutraceutical/healthcare sales, proven team-handling ability, and a good network of doctors and healthcare professionals across Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Medical Representatives
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and execute Gurugram territory plans
• Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies
• Identify and develop high-potential doctors and accounts
• Monitor field activity, doctor coverage and call plans
• Conduct joint field work and coach team members
• Track prescriptions, sales performance and competitor activity
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market insights
• Ensure ethical and scientific product promotion

Preferred Candidate

✅ 2–5 years of pharmaceutical / nutraceutical / healthcare sales experience

✅ 1–3 years of team-handling experience preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR healthcare market

✅ Existing doctor/chemist/healthcare network will be an advantage

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

✅ Proven record of achieving sales targets

✅ Willingness to work extensively in the field

✅ Target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
