Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to support manufacturing operations at our

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor and maintain motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, electrical panels, and utility equipment.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machines and equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor utility systems such as DG sets, air compressors, HVAC, and electrical distribution systems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive cost reduction, energy-saving, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• Candidates with exposure to both mechanical and electrical maintenance will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, packaging, chemicals, or related industries.
