Mechanical Site Engineer

Supervise installation, erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of industrial plant equipment including MEE/MVR Evaporators, ATFD, Crystallizers, RO, UF and Nanofiltration systems . Monitor and supervise the installation of piping, pumps, tanks, valves, instrumentation, and other mechanical equipment as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Manage contractors and site manpower, ensuring proper equipment erection, piping installation, alignment, and quality of work. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, project specifications, and approved engineering drawings . Participate in and supervise pre-commissioning, commissioning, trial runs, and plant start-up activities . Monitor project progress against schedule, manpower, materials, and resource requirements . Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material tracking records, inspection reports, and project documentation . Assist in identifying and troubleshooting equipment, piping, and plant operation-related issues during commissioning and start-up. Coordinate with project teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of construction, installation, and commissioning activities . Conduct site inspections and ensure proper completion of installation, testing, punch-point clearance, and handover activities . Provide technical support during plant operation and assist in achieving smooth and reliable plant performance.
