Position Title: Build Mechanical Engineer

Department: Engineering / Automation

Location: Pune/ Hosur

Reports To: Project Manager / Engineering Head

Job Summary

• The Build Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, build, installation, and
• commissioning of automation and mechanical systems. The role involves assisting project execution
• as per approved layouts, troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting trials, and ensuring
• successful project implementation both on-site and remotely. The engineer plays a key role in
• enhancing customer satisfaction, productivity, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project execution according to approved mechanical layouts and technical drawings.
• Perform mechanical assembly and system integration for automation projects.
• Conduct multiple trials and testing of machines/projects to ensure performance standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during build, testing, and commissioning stages.
• Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Coordinate with electrical, automation, and design teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
• Work towards continuous improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 + years of experience in machine building, automation, or mechanical project execution.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and layouts.
• Experience in assembly, installation, and commissioning of industrial machinery.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for site installations and customer support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
