Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for solar products and services.
• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing.
• Promote solar projects, rooftop systems, and other solar solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into customers.
• Study market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in marketing; solar/renewable energy experience is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
