Role Description The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that promote LNM Hospital’s services and brand. This full-time, on-site role in Narsinghpur includes planning and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and managing promotional activities. Daily tasks involve developing marketing materials, maintaining relationships with referral partners, tracking campaign performance, and contributing to digital and offline outreach. The Marketing Executive will also assist in organizing events, monitoring patient feedback related to marketing efforts, and providing regular reports and insights to hospital leadership.

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to support referral networks and community outreach.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media platforms is beneficial.
• Prior experience in healthcare or service industry marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
