Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve high production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing production methods, implementing process improvements, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Design and optimize manufacturing layouts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production performance, cycle times, machine utilization, and process capability.
• Identify opportunities to reduce production costs, material waste, and downtime.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related problems and implement preventive measures.
• Support the introduction of new products, equipment, technologies, and manufacturing methods.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and performance improvement reports.
• Train production personnel on updated processes, equipment, and work procedures.
• Support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and other process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams to improve materials, tooling, and equipment performance.
