Manufacturing Engineer-Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization Develop and improve assembly processes to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time. Prepare process documentation, Control Plan and PFMEA Implement lean manufacturing principles and ensure ergonomic workstations.

New Product Development Support

Collaborate with design and production teams for process feasibility and tooling requirements. Plan and execute trials for new models and components. Equipment & Tooling Management Specify, procure, and install assembly equipment, jigs, and fixtures. Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of tools and equipment. Drive cost reduction projects through process improvements and waste elimination. Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Documentation & Standards Maintain records for audits and regulatory compliance.

Continuous Improvement Lead

Kaizen, TPM, and other improvement initiatives.
