Summary

We are looking for an experienced insurance professional with expertise in London Market underwriting operations and/or credit control. The role requires strong knowledge of insurance premium processes, broker coordination, reconciliations and operational controls. This is an individual contributor position.

Responsibilities

• Manage underwriting support and credit-control activities related to London Market insurance.
• Monitor premium collection, outstanding balances, aged debt and settlement timelines.
• Perform premium, broker and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with brokers, underwriters, finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records, operational reports and compliance with established controls and procedures.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, credit control or premium operations.
• Strong understanding of the London Market insurance ecosystem; Lloyd's Market experience is preferred.
• Experience in premium processing, collections, reconciliations or insurance receivables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role and work the 1 PM–10 PM shift from Noida.
