Manager (Talent Acquisition) (India)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager (Talent Acquisition) to lead our recruitment efforts at Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in managing teams and handling various hiring processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that we attract and retain top talent across various levels of the organization.

As a Manager (Talent Acquisition), you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters, ensuring that they are effectively sourcing and hiring candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. You will play a key role in developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your ability to lead and motivate a team of at least 10 recruiters is essential, as is your experience in lateral, bulk, and BPO hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment practices.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the company's goals.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and BPO hiring.
• Strong team handling experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Client handling experience is a plus.
