Manager (Talent Acquisition)

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager (Talent Acquisition) to lead our recruitment efforts at Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recruitment industry, particularly in managing teams and driving hiring initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage a team of recruiters and ensure that hiring goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that all hiring needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manage a team of at least 10 recruiters, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement effective recruitment strategies for lateral, bulk, and BPO hiring.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and expectations.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and BPO hiring.
• Strong team handling experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Client handling experience is a plus, as it will enhance the ability to meet client expectations effectively.
