Role Description The Manager Sales & Services will lead sales and service operations for BMS, security, fire, safety, and automation solutions in the Gurugram region. This full-time, on-site role includes managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating project execution with internal teams and external partners, overseeing service delivery and after-sales support, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Manager will monitor sales targets, prepare performance reports, support pre-sales technical discussions, and provide guidance and training to team members to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure in technical or solution-based industries.
• Experience managing client relationships and key accounts, with the ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable technical solutions.
• Knowledge of BMS, security, fire, safety, and automation systems, or related building technologies, with the ability to coordinate with technical and project teams.
• Project coordination and service management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring service delivery and after-sales support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage.
• Comfort with working on-site in Gurugram, readiness for client visits and field engagements, and willingness to travel as required.
