WE’RE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER | GOPALPUR, ODISHA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and ensure room/property readiness
• Supervise housekeeping staff, duty rosters and quality standards
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, requests and complaints
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors and supplies
• Monitor inventory, cleanliness, safety and property standards
• Coordinate with the Reservations Team for arrivals, departures & special requests
• Maintain operational reports and ensure a smooth guest experience

Location: Gopalpur, Odisha

Experience: 0–1 years preferred

Qualification: Hotel/Hospitality Management

Salary: ₹17,000 during probation → ₹19,000 after confirmation + Accommodation
