The Role

You will play a key role in making YNOS a recognised brand and community within India's startup and venture capital ecosystem—using content, data and high-quality events to create conversations, build relationships and ultimately connect startups with capital. We are looking for a high-energy digital marketing & Events Manager to build the YNOS brand and community at the intersection of startups, venture capital, data and technology.

The role, managing a small marketing team, will own digital content and social media while also supporting the events team with planning and executing events, conferences and ecosystem initiatives that bring together founders, investors, VCs and other key stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine creative content, digital marketing, community building, curating events and flawless execution.

• Own YNOS's digital content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant channels, building a strong and differentiated voice in the startup and VC ecosystem.
• Develop and execute a consistent content calendar, including founder/ investor insights, startup intelligence, data-led content, reports, newsletters, videos, campaigns and thought leadership.
• Identify trending topics, conversations and opportunities in the startup, VC and technology ecosystem and turn them into engaging content.
• Work closely with the Delivery, data and Product teams to translate YNOS's proprietary data and insights into compelling digital content.
• Build YNOS's founder, investor and ecosystem community, driving engagement and creating opportunities for meaningful interactions.
• Support events and conferences execution, including concept development, agenda and speaker curation, invitations, partnerships, venue, production, branding, registrations, communications and post-event engagement.
• Manage own marketing team as well as external agencies, designers, production partners and other vendors while ensuring high-quality and cost-effective execution.
• Track and optimise marketing performance through metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, community growth, event registrations, attendance, lead generation and business conversions.
• Support broader YNOS brand, PR, partnerships and go-to-market initiatives as the company scales.

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory

• 3–12 years of experience in digital marketing, content, events, community or a combination of these.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills, with a strong instinct for what works on social media.
• Proven ability to independently plan, curate and execute events/ conferences from concept to completion, including garnering funding and partnerships

Preferred

• Strong understanding of the startup, VC and technology ecosystem; an existing network across founders and investors is a strong advantage.
• Creative, energetic and hands-on—someone who is comfortable both developing the event concept and personally ensuring that every execution detail works.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior founders, investors and industry leaders.
• Experience with tools for social media management, content creation, analytics and event management is preferred.
• Prior experience with digital platforms, consulting, Venture Capital, Startup ecosystem or data services is preferred.
