Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – 80%

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Projects, Engineering, Corporate and support functions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, consultants, referrals and other channels.
• Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche real estate roles.
• Manage recruitment consultants and negotiate commercials where required.

HR Operations – 20%

• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits.
• Support HR policies, documentation, HRMS and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and leave-related processes.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports for management review.

Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of HR experience with strong hands-on Talent Acquisition exposure.
• Real estate/construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience in volume and niche hiring.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
