Manager Engineering and Projects

• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Provide the necessary construction drawings and instructions for all structural, civil, MEP, and HVAC works in consultation with the respective agencies.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and labourers at the site.
• Ensure that all work is completed as per approved specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Prepare quality control and compliance reports and submit them to management and the project team.
• Implement effective workforce management practices and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, housekeeping standards, health, safety, and security procedures.
• Assist in handling claims from vendors and subcontractors, verify the value of completed work, and coordinate payment arrangements with the concerned team.
• Liaise with local regulatory authorities and agencies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Besides overseeing/ aiding his team in carrying out their responsibilities Head E&P shall:

· monitor and ensure compliance with internal processes & systems

· assist team in preparation & submission of their reports & presentations including MIS presentations.

· attending to Intra department service requests & liaison internally.

· responsible for all documentation and records.

· other special assignments

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
