Namo Alloys Pvt. Ltd. manufactures aluminium and zinc alloy ingots for automotive and industrial applications. With manufacturing operations in Palwal, Haryana, the company serves original equipment manufacturers and automotive component businesses, with a focus on consistent quality and reliable supply.

Role mandate

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function and act as a strategic partner to the Director on profitability, liquidity, capital allocation and financial risk. The role combines commercial judgement with ownership of accounting, taxation, funding and controls to support sound decision-making and sustainable growth.

Roles and responsibilities

• Partner with the Director on financial strategy, business growth and profitability.
• Lead accounting operations, including payables, receivables, ledgers and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closure of books, accurate financial statements and management reporting.
• Oversee GST returns, reconciliations, input tax credit, e-invoicing and related compliance.
• Manage TDS, income tax, statutory filings, assessments and tax planning with advisers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and analysis of business performance against targets.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, collections, inventory and payment planning.
• Lead bank relationships, funding arrangements and negotiations with lenders.
• Drive debt restructuring, refinancing and repayment planning where required.
• Lead financial due diligence for funding, investments and acquisitions, as applicable.
• Review product costing, manufacturing costs, stock valuation and customer margins.
• Evaluate capital expenditure and expansion proposals for returns, risks and funding needs.
• Lead statutory and tax audits, strengthen internal controls and close audit findings.
• Monitor financial risks, debt covenants and material liabilities; elevate concerns early.
• Lead the finance team and improve ERP systems, processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications and experience

• Chartered Accountant with strong accounting, taxation and corporate finance knowledge.
• At least 15 years of finance experience, including leadership experience as a CFO or Finance Head.
• Experience in manufacturing, metals, alloys or another working-capital-intensive business is preferred.
• Practical expertise in GST, TDS, income tax, financial reporting and audit management.
• Proven experience in bank funding, lender negotiations and debt restructuring or refinancing.
• Experience in financial due diligence, financial modelling and investment evaluation.
• Strong understanding of costing, inventory controls, working capital and ERP systems.
• Commercial judgement, integrity, team leadership and the ability to communicate clearly with the Director and senior management.
