# Job Description: Mechanical Engineer

HIM Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated *Mechanical Engineer* with 1–2 years of experience in sheet metal or tractor parts manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and ensure product quality.
• Assist in process improvement and production planning.
• Support R&D activities, product development, and design improvements.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing and technical issues.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processes and tractor components preferred.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, day shift

Salary: As per company standards; negotiable based on skills and experience.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
