Logistics Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader – OTR & Drayage to join our growing US Freight Brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the OTR & Drayage operations team.
• Oversee daily loads, dispatch coordination, and carrier management.
• Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Negotiate rates and drive profitable load movement.
• Train, mentor, and support team members.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and brokerage standards.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in US Freight Brokerage.
• Strong hands‑on experience in OTR & Drayage.
• Previous Team Lead experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of US trucking and freight operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
