PS Law invites applications from dedicated and motivated legal professionals to join its Family & Matrimonial Litigation Practice in Mumbai.

Position: Associate Advocate

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Family and Matrimonial Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, applications, replies, written submissions and other legal pleadings independently.
• Handle divorce, child custody, maintenance, domestic violence and other matrimonial disputes.
• Appear before Family Courts and other courts, as required.
• Conduct legal research, assist in case strategy and prepare matters for arguments.
• Manage court filings, case proceedings and client coordination.

Eligibility & Requirements

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in family and matrimonial litigation.
• Strong legal drafting, research and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Familiarity with court procedures and litigation practice in Mumbai.
• Ability to independently handle matters with professionalism, diligence and accountability.
