Position: Legal Officer

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Verify property documents and ownership/title before acquisition or development, And legal due diligence, and prepare title reports.

Attend court proceedings and collect court-related documents.

Handle revenue-related matters.

Coordinate with external advocates for court cases and legal proceedings.

Track pending cases, hearing dates, and court orders.

Draft and review legal notices, agreements, and property-related documents.

Represent or coordinate with legal counsel before courts and government authorities, as legally permitted.

Maintain an updated database of company properties, disputes, and court cases.

Provide legal opinions to management on property transactions and disputes.

Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidates with experience in real estate developers, property companies, construction companies, or law firms handling property, revenue, and litigation matters will be preferred.
