Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include managing land and title due diligence, property transactions, RERA compliance, legal documentation, contracts, litigation, dispute resolution, corporate legal matters & regulatory approvals.
  • LL.B. mandatory; LL.M. preferred

Required Candidate profile

  • The role also involves advising senior management, managing external legal counsel & leading the in-house legal team.
  • Expertise in Indian property laws, RERA, land matters & real estate transactions.
