Job Description & Responsibilities
Manage trademark filings, Renewals & infringements
Draft IP contracts & notices
Coordinate litigation
Conduct audits
Ensure compliance advise teams & train staff on IP law updates
Liaise with external legal agencies for lawsuits and litigation suppo
Required Candidate profile
LL.B/LL.M with specialization/exposure in IPR
6–7 years of IP law experience, preferably in real estate/hospitality
Expertise in trademark filings, infringement handling & litigation coordination
