Legal Counsel

We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, or Telangana. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on mortgage-related matters and real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect the interests of the organization.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in all business operations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
