Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize sale deeds, agreements to sell, and other property-related documents for registration.
• Handle sale deeds and agreements for new, upcoming, and ongoing projects.
• Prepare applications, affidavits, indemnities, and undertakings for name mutation and related revenue matters.
• Manage Garvi 2.0 token booking and registration procedures.
• Coordinate stamp purchases with vendors and oversee deed registrations at Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs).
• Coordinate with City Survey, Collector, and Mamlatdar offices for land records, mutation, and related follow-ups.
• Liaise with advocates and legal consultants for routine company-related matters.
• Ensure document accuracy, protect the company's interests, and stay updated on relevant revenue laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate property transactions.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Law, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in land documentation, revenue matters, and property registration.
• Knowledge of Gujarat revenue procedures and Garvi 2.0 will be preferred.
• Strong drafting, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
