Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Learning & Development professional to plan and conduct employee training programs, improve service standards, and support staff development across hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify employee training needs across departments.
• Prepare training calendars and learning materials.
• Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
• Train staff on guest service, grooming, communication, and SOPs.
• Coordinate departmental training with HODs.
• Conduct refresher sessions and service-quality workshops.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
• Maintain training attendance and assessment records.
• Support employee development and career progression.
• Prepare training reports for management.
