Job Summary The Learning Development Officer is responsible for training and developing 60+ field fundraisers and team leaders across 3 cities. The role includes identifying training needs, designing modules, delivering sessions, and managing the annual training calendar and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with fundraising managers.
• Design and deliver induction, functional, soft-skills, and management training.
• Develop in-house and third-party training modules and manuals.
• Plan and implement the yearly training calendar.
• Oversee training activities across multiple cities.
• Manage coaching staff and the training budget.

Requirements

• Experience training large, young sales teams; ability to conduct TNA.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing training coordinators.
• Network of third-party trainers/training agencies.
• Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.

Other Details

• Role requires 10 days of travel per month.
• Must monitor training outcomes, map competencies, and implement best practices in fundraising training.
