Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities within the logistics sector, focusing on B2B sales and international markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, including import and export operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing our logistics solutions and value propositions.
• Manage the end-to-end logistics process for key accounts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on account performance and growth opportunities.
